it's very weird to me how oblivious smarks can be in their fantasy booking. Roxanne is not over at all. She's been on the main roster for almost two years now, and still gets absolutely no reaction. She's awful at promos and has no tangible skillset or charisma, and looks like a dwarf. If their fantasy scenario of a Liv feud happened Liv would get cheered over her, or fans would simply not care at all. It's the same reason they never do the Liv vs Raquel feud theyve teased for 3 years now, all it will result in is Roxanne or Raquel being less over than they already are and maybe taking Liv down with them
