Thank you for the compliment. However, it's far from perfect. I rarely do this type of generation because it takes me a long time. There are still many flaws due to technical limitations. We are stuck at generations of 5-6 seconds, each extension of duration reduces the quality and slightly changes the consistency of the face.

Yes, I use several Loras. I have more than 40 Loras on my computer. It's all about choosing the right Loras and adjusting the weights. You have to experiment. I spend a lot of time testing Loras and adjusting the weights. It doesn't always work, but it's a good basis for getting 80% good results. Not all Loras are necessarily good for certain things. Too many Loras at the same time isn't good either. I use pov missionary insertion in this workflow.

Yes, it all depends on your GPU. To be really comfortable for video generation, you need 24GB of VRAM. 16GB is sufficient, that's what I work with, along with 32GB of RAM. 12GB of VRAM is the bare minimum, but you'll have to make some compromises and use GGUF quantized models.
