This image is literally just visual noise, it would be meaningless to AI, there's nothing at all to work with. People watch films and see scenes of "image enhancement" where a blurred image gets turned into a high def crystal clear one that's completely accurate then assume that's how it works in real life. That is in fact total fiction, in reality there's not even any such thing as image enhancement the way movies portray it, the computer is literally just making things up. It is in fact IMPOSSIBLE to restore lost information to an image, once it's gone it's gone. A computer just looks at the general shape and says well this would kinda look that I guess and INVENTS an image.In the case of your image however the computer won't even know what to invent, it's an indistinct splodge. I can just abhout tell it's an ass in profile but a computer couldn't. "Restoring" this would be functionally identical to making something using text to image.You are asking the impossible. Or at the most generous you are asking for someone to just prompt a brand new image generally the same shape as this but clear. What you will not get is restored information that is missing from this image, as it barely qualifies as an image.
