nothing can do it. once information is gone from an image it's gone and it can never come back. the whole concept of "image enhancement" is false and wildly exaggerated by films and the popular press.

what you see here is me simply prompting in what the image generally is and the AI is basically just making shit it up using the general shape. the faces will be nothing like the actual image and the clothes and background will also be a mile off.

what's sad though is you could put these side by side and people would think it was genuine.
