I exercise at home 30mins every 2 days. Push-ups and dumbbell exercises to build biceps. Have been at it for 2 months now and I've gone from being a skelly to looking skinny/fit when I flex my muscles. And in terms of strength I'm likely double what I was before starting. I'm soon going to have to buy a bigger dumbbell.

Stretching and jumping rope first thing in the morning. Shit sucks and is never fun, but it's better than feeling like a zombie for the first hour or two of your day.

Mindfulness meditation
Drinking tea
Walking 5k is the bare minimum everyday physical activity everyone should get, takes longer than 15 min but even 10 minutes is better than nothing

Huh, why not?

"meditating" kinda, I guess :/

If you consider listening to music in an introspective way as a good habit well I do that for like 8 hours every day

5 to 15 minutes a day is absolutely pathetic and whatever you choose to do will get you nowhere in life.
I guess brushing your teeth and showering is the best thing you can do for 15 minutes a day.

Duolingo is a game and engagement machins not a learning site, that's why it has a streak system. Also it's hardcore designed to try to get you to pay money (constant ads and you can only make 5 mistakes a day, don't like that? cough up $80)

This, exercise your core with those little poses on the mat, your back will thank you

waylining. every time i tell people i lead a waylining group they're like "ok, but i don't have time for that" when i invite them to try it they LOVE that we wrap up in 5, 10, 15 minutes and are always begging for a next day group meet

I've been using it for a couple of months now. The gamification of learning is distasteful, I turned my profile private to opt out of the dick measuring leagues and yet it still updates me every now and then about my position in some league I can't even access.
The xp boosts and all that crap can be ignored, just do the exercises.
I seldom get adds, and if I do they are their own asking for shekels.
As for the 5 mistakes a day, you can practice simpler lessons for hearts. Sure it is annoying, but if I fuck up 5 times in a row maybe I either need to practice something or study another resource to complement what I am failing at right now.
Just don't be a dopamine addict and use more resources.
