>>82417527I try to keep busy, either with work, chores or hobbies, and try stay away from places like 4chan where you're constantly bombarded with sexual imagery, it turns you on and even if you think you're over seeing a sexual image for 2 seconds your brain and subconscious isn't. That sexual imagery stays in your brain and makes you more likely to jack off. That's how it was for me anyway, when I stayed away from 4chan I had the most success with nofap. I've also found that it becomes easier to do nofap if you have someone doing it with you, although that is quite difficult to arrange.
