Sexuality has two modes. There's a family mode for stable environments where you have one partner and raise kids together and a harem mode for unstable environments where you're just trying to stay alive and breed as much as you can. Men can to some degree do both in different situations, be a good husband and father on one side and go out to pilliage and rape on the other. Women can't do that so the more different men they sleep with the more they will subconsciously feel like a sex slave. They'll get more mentally unstable, will have more problems forming relationships and will feel worthless. For men its somewhat the other way where the more women a man sleeps with the better he will feel but it will still mean that he'll be more likely to be a bad father and husband.
Both men and women's sexualities need to be kept in check otherwise civilization will inevitably decline. We're witnessing it right now

Every man I know who is a husband and father is some cucked servant loser living paycheck-to-paycheck, having to do all sorts of work and massive spending for their wife (who doesn't fuck them anymore) and kids.
