Even if you move to a new town people will be asking you about what you are doing for thanksgiving or whatever, expecting you to already have a social life. If they sus our that you don't already have an extensive friend group and active social life that is a red flag for them and they'll ostracize you.So basically your entire life was decided in high school when you ended up alone and out of the loop. No one gave a shit and no one helped you because, well, you're a friendless loser, you are a bad person, you're stupid, you're a twat, you deserve it. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy. They ostracize you because you are ostracized.You might be able to fake it 'til you make it. Find some subnormies to be friends with and fool them into thinking you're at least a subnormy like them. However it takes constant effort, most people spend all day on their phones socializing and texting friends, yet you must do this for people who will ghost you in a heartbeat for having the wrong taste in music or being "too quiet" or whatever. For normies it is a fun social life they are invested in, for us it is work and a constant reminder of the fact they hate us and view us as subhumans, yet we have to appease these shitty people constantly to stand a chance of being friends with them.You have to be discerning and choose which groups to hang with, basically avoid like 95% of modern culture. You have to lowkey ghost other people, not block them, just stop wasting your time on people who make it clear they wouldn't be seen dead with you or ever invite you to a house party or whatever.

Do you work or are you in school or anything? That can help to distract you from the loneliness. Being NEET makes it a lot more likely to get weirdly attached to someone I think because you're using them to fill so much time and purpose in your life.
