Most of you fucks are absolute specimens who don't practice basic hygiene because of muh depression, so I'd suggest picking up a benzoyl peroxide face wash. 4% is a good start--depends on what else you incorporate into your routine or whatever else your physician/dermatologist suggests for you, which is typically an antibiotic. You may experience some irritation just with that, or with everything else.

Your issues might be hormonal or some other bullshit your body is doing, which is why I suggest you book an appointment with your physician and seek a referral to a dermatologist.

I'm not new to benezoyl peroxide and have used it on and off for about half a decade. I was first prescribed the medication by my dermatologist a while ago. This medication is truly weird, some weeks I'll nuke my face and not a single pimple will pop up and the next week, I'm back to square one

Retinol is a milder form of tretinoin it just speeds up cell turnover rate and might help for acne. Benzoyl peroxide literally kills the acne bacteria on your face.

I used to have a much more stronger tretinoin back in the day but it would just make my skin peel away. My dermatologist would have me mix it together with benzoyl peroxide with this antibiotic and it would just nuke my skin away. I remember how I could smell something new and feel heat being generated as I mixed the ingredients together.

You should just consider tretinoin and derma rolling.

Tretinoin is known to speed up cell turnover rate so your skin refreshes quicker and derma-rolling triggers your skin to heal itself and bring my collagen to the site.

Derma-rolling is weird because it's extremely effective on box scars on its own, but not so much for ice pick scars. You have to use it in conjunction with tretinoin, where you poke holes in your skin with the roller and apply the cream to the wound to have it absorb more effectively.

It's like how people addicted to nicotine will chew small shards of glass to cut their gums to allow the nicotine to be absorbed much faster and much more.
