I prefer doing things that actually prevent, mitigate, and reverse disease. Every pharmaceutical drug is toxic. The same goes for supplements, herbs, and almost anything else you can think of that people associate with promoting health. Mainstream pharmacology and at least 98% of alternative medicine is harmful or useless.
