If you have serious mental health disorders/struggles, book a session with a psychiatrist and get medicated instead of worrying about SSRI side effects or erectile dysfunction or whatever else you read online. The side effects do exist, but personally, I found it 1000000% worth the trade off and preferable to suffering through life raw just because I had to prove something to myself... I wish I had known not to waste my 20s being severely depressed/dysfunctional. Embrace the pharma jew.

Too many responsibilities after that point.If you want to be a hedonist like i was and try every drug, fuck around, fuck a bunch of women etc. Go insanely hard daily for at most 3 consecutive months a year max then spend the rest being healthy. Your body will thank you and u won't age like shit + most fun things u can do can be done within short spans of time, people drag it out for no reason. You'll be over it and burnt out by quicker and that's for the better.
