Anyone else here became skinnyfat? I can't cook and I eat a lot of slop so after 4 years of doing that, I'm now a fatty with a small frame. I used to be a twig.

>>82869161Pretty much, though not as bad as that pic. I went from 130lbs from 18 to 31, started eating a lot more protein and fat and working out, now I'm around 160lbs. I have a little bit of chub around the gut, though I'm better defined and bulkier in the upper body.
i cook healthy food for myself but i dont really feel like going out and doing any physical activity so im skinnyfat anyways

Skinny fat is the ultimate robot body type. Not good enough for school sports team, no friends that would take us to the gym and motivate us, no love interest that we would invest in ourselves for, no point in even overeating because that requires effort.
