I've been reading a book about modern Japanese history and can't help but long for the type of adventure some historical figures had. Do you guys feel an unresolved need for adventure as well? What kind of journey would you like your life to resemble?

I was thinking of something similar. How many of us have a chance to just go somewhere else and start over? I think many of us here would have been the ones to make long journeys across the oceans.

i'm pretty much the same, i spend probably 99% of my time inside my room and trying not to despair too much over the fact that i'm wasting my life away. i try to feel the void with movies but end up feeling frustrated because i can't be like the badass protagonists. also what book is that? i'm a huge feudal japan weeb

I went on an adventure a couple of weeks ago to free my car from a paranoid schizophrenic. I decided to procrastinate scheduling body work for it by taking care of everything else that I need to do.
I feel all at once lazy and productive :^)
