Generally speaking, one can assume they'll never look as good as people who are on steroids but in this specific case, you'll need to take my word for it that the guy on the right's physique IS realistic and attainable for you, without steroids. It's hard for people who don't work out to understand what is and isn't attainable naturally but over time you will see.
