>>82914759yeah its pretty neat, i always wondered why people didnt do it but they finally did. theres new quests in pretty much every zone, they tend to be easier than the classic quests by a bit but they added quests for a lot of areas that there was no reason to visit before so thats cool. they also added some random mobs as well in a few places, like boars in hillsbrad and foxes in loch modan. i havent seen that much of the world yet so theres probably lots more really. theyve also added a good number of entirely new zones and new dungeons, which is really fricking cool. ive only done one so far, crescent grove, a new dungeon they added in ashenvale. there were one or two glitches in it but that was the case in vanilla wow as well really, like that thing in sfk where you could pull that whole room of wolves if you walked under a certain bridge while too low level. ive also visited only one of the new zones and there are five or six of them...ive been in grim reaches and it was a little "flat" maybe but it was called the grim reaches so i guess thats just what its like there. theres five or six new dungeons during leveling as well, plus a few new raids at level cap, and at least one new battleground i think, plus they implemented arenas in some way. i dont know anything about the new raids but i see people grouping for them in chat, and i know one of them is the karazhan tower thing -- i assume thats mostly ported over from the later expansions of real wow when they added it, but it makes sense to do that cause it was a big fan favorite.the craziest thing to me is that theyve also made a version of the client that renders with unreal engine 5 and it looks totally different, crisp and modern. no idea how the fuck they did that as i dont know all that much about computer stuff...i assume they didnt have to make new models and textures for everything cause that would be insane levels of work but who knows, theyve done a crazy amount on other stuff already.

on this last page, just sign where it says signature and put your name where it says print name. and youre done! you can fill in the fields i pointed out yourself with a pen after printing the forms, or you can go to the form link i posted above and enter your information there along with copying over what i put in, and then print it. you can also file online but fuck that imo. i like to see things on paper. once you have the printed completed forms, just address an envelope the the "mail to" address for regular service at the top of the second page, include a check for $99 made out to "ohio secretary of state," and wait for them to send back your approval letter. its not like a college application, they approve all of them guaranteed unless you made a typo and the addresses dont match each other or something. the next step is electing as an s-corp with the irs, which just indicates that your corporation is a simple type (just you or you and a few partners without like a whole factory or something involved). this will simplify your tax forms greatly and give you a lot of additional deductions as well. ill post forms and instructions on that next.

im just gonna make up numbers here but you could fill in your own to see the real results --- $200 a month on cat food - $200 a month on kitty litter - $200 a month on vet visits/medicine- $50 a month on pet health insurance(all the above would be full write offs from your income)- $200 a month on heating- $100 a month on electricity- $50 a month on water bills- $200 a month (on average) random home maintenance expenses (repairs etc)(all the above would be write offs in proportion to the amount of your home occupied by cats -- lets say 75%. space occupied by cat supply storage also counts!)- $50 a month on gas- $50 a month on car maintenance (on average)- $50 a month in depreciation of car (your car becomes less valuable the more miles are on it)(these would be deductible according to the proportion of your car use which is in support of cat care -- lets say 50% cause i imagine most of your store trips involve buying one kind of cat supply or another)thats $650 a month in cat-related full deductions, x12 = $7800, $550 a month in house-related deductions x12 x0.75 = $4950, $150 a month in car-related deductions x12 x0.5 = $900.$7800 + $4950 + $900 = $13650 in deductions for nonprofit contributions/business loss depending on your setup. this means that you could pay no taxes on an income of that + the base of $15750 = $29400...a person without 9 cats making that much would owe almost $1400 in income tax!and while i dont know, i suspect your expenditures on cat related expenses might be quite a bit higher than that!these numbers start getting really crazy if you owe a mortgage payment or pay rent, because THAT TOO is deductible in proportion to the part of your home used for business purposes. if you paid $1500 per month in rent on your house, you could add another $9000 in writeoffs, so youd be able to earn $38400 before you owed any taxes. without an elderly cat actor company that earns no money, youd owe $2600 on that salary!

(if you make under 20k, youre still supposed to pay taxes on it, but the irs wont be informed automatically.)"1099K income" aka money earned via a 1099K is subject to self-employment tax -- this is a replacement for the payroll tax (medicare and social security taxes) that would be deducted from your paychecks automatically if you had a salaried job. its not thaat much on paychecks -- 7.5% so $75 if you made a thousand dollars -- but your employer actually *also* pays that amount themselves, which you dont see on the paycheck. so its really 15%. and so thats what self employment tax is -- 15% of whatever money you make outside of regular paychecks.(2/3)

so youre at -40k of business expenses -- you make 60k for tax purposes, 48k of which is owner's profit, so you take 20% off that off again, or 9600, so basically you earned 50k taxable income. so now you would owe a pretty good amount of income tax -- $5900, the same as a regular person who earned 50k regardless of what they spent on vacations. still a pretty sweet deal.BUT. heres the loophole i mentioned.lets say that cause your traveling and popular you meet a special someone. you really trust them and you start having them in your videos and everything goes great. youre basically ready to marry them but it would feel too soon for that exactly. but youre pretty sure youll be together forever.even if they dont actually take any part in your business beyond talking with you about it occasionally and offering their thoughts, you can assign them half of the shares of your s-corporation. then they would get half of your youtube income -- *and pay no payroll tax at all on it, because theyre doing zero wage work -- just ownership work, aka assisting with decisions.*now, for tax purposes, you each make 50k. unless youve moved in together, say you still have all your deductions from before and spend the same amount on equipment etc -- now for tax purposes youre basically back down to making 50k, and paying like fucking $750 in income tax! on an income of a hundred fucking thousand!!!!! plus the 1800 payroll tax of course. but 2500ish total taxes on 100k between the two of you is insane. your business-and-life-partner could also deduct any business expenses of theirs - aka traveling around with you to give their advice as a co-owner -- and they wouldnt pay any payroll tax at all! if they spent enough money on business-and-pleasure travel and equipment, and so had enough business expenses to subtract, they could possibly pay fucking nothing in taxes. but heres the hitch -- youre now equal business partners. they have as much control of it as you! theres no divorce for a business. if you broke up, and they wanted to be really bad, they could basically set whatever price they wanted for selling you back their half of the business. (even if you only gave them a 49% share so you could outvote them in business decisions if you did end up fighting, you still couldnt "fire" them -- they would get 49% of the income even if they just fucked off.so if you want to go through that final loop there, better be sure you really like each other!! ****a few last notes -- the 20% deduction on s-corp ownership income only started in 2018 or so with the tax cuts and jobs act (TCJA), and its actually set to expire after this year unless congress extends it. its all still worth doing without that extra bonus, though, and honestly even though i benefit from it, im probably against extending it personally because its just too crazy good of a sitch compared to people who earn salaried income. but anyway you will have to watch cspan or something to see if it gets extended lol...or keep an eye on some kind of small business news or something. i dont really bother as i dont make much, but high earning youtubers probably save an insane amount of tax money from that deduction.(3/4)
finally, a brief bit on s-corps -- an s-corp is basically a special type of llc (limited liability company). the point of an llc is that youre shielded from legal liability if anything bad happens -- if someone slips in your llc business and sues you, they cant get at your personal assets, only what the llc owns. likewise if a youtuber gets sued and he has an llc that really employs him as a performer, they cant get at his personal money, only the llc's assets.and so an s-corp is a special type of llc that basically is a "pass through" -- it doesnt keep any profits or have any savings in its corporate accounts, everything just gets paid out to the owners at the end of the year. the significance of that is, investors dont really give startup money or seed funding to s-corps, because they arent allowed to hold money for more than a year without passing it through to the owners. so if you wanted to turn your youtubing s-corp into a larger production company and make movies or something, or you wanted to get into making games, youd need to change your llc to a c-corp or make a new c-corp llc, which is a proper company that can hold money long-term but has much more complicated tax and reporting requirements etc...you would want to involve an accounting company at that point for sure but thats a waaaay different thing, though of course im sure really big youtubers are there already. i am going to bed now goodnight!!!(4/4)

(my moms dad is a really nervous guy and he went totally bald as well lol. among my mom's brothers, the two more hippie ones have tons of hair and the more stressed out engineer one is bald. but then, my dad's brother is pretty happy go lucky and quite bald. so who knows.)you should also stay healthy in other ways of course, dont smoke/drink, exercise, dont drink too much coffee.....aside from genetics, what makes hair go thin is lack of blood flow to the scalp, so things like constricted veins/arteries from cholesterol will give you less scalp circulation, as well as other things that constrict blood flow like coffee and nicotine. (alcohol actually increases blood flow but its not good for you other ways.)
but really the most important thing for you is a good hair cut. if you side part your hair like in the right side of the justin timberlake i put in the previous post above (and didnt have space to talk about lel,) then its gonna highlight the corner there where it goes back on that side..if you want to hide the corner you should consider the haircuts on the 3 guys on the right in the backstreet boys pic above, and as i said go to a slightly more expensive salon where they use more techniques. not sure what to call the haircut in picrel but its a pretty classic cuteguy haircut, its subtly feathered out at the corners so it doesnt look like youre covering them up even though you are. they love to give this one to white guys at asian hair salons so you probably wont even have to ask for it. they did this haircut for me once when i asked for a short haircut and it looked pretty damn good. probably the most professional like actor looking haircut i ever had.
