My Wife made me pudding the other night (picrel).
She was sick yesterday, so I made sausages in bread for dinner for her. I don't cook often. It must have been a treat.

This is what i served to my friend from uni when he visited me.
Chicken with mixed fresh salad and quinoa stew.
You need to try harder. Although your wife only seems to make processed garbage slop as well, so i guess it evens out

i used to cook a lot when my parents were alive
dad and i looked after mum for years
she had alzheimhers and a busted hip so couldn't move
now they're both gone
i don't cook at all
just rubbish now but that's life i guess
i still hold out hope i'll see them both again

Family recipe.
1 cup s.r flour
2 tbs cocoa powder
3 tbs melted unsalted butter.
1 egg
1/ 2 cup milk
1/4 cup honey ( or 1/2 sugar)
Sauce
1/4 cup honey (1/2 cup sugar)
2 cups boiling water
2 tbs coco powder.
Method:
1. Preset oven to 180c
2. Mix dry ingrediants. Mix wet ingrediants into it. Mix sauce and pour over the batter.
3. Put in oven for like 15 minutes or until batter is cooked (use a knife to check)
4. Let rest for 10 minutes out of the oven once cooked. The sauce will thicken. Serve with icecream, otherwise

Its VERY rich, but I like that
