not good at all. I am insecure and self-conscious cause im ugly so i never like to make eye contact cause I know they're disgusted by me and judging me

Well that depends on the type of person I am talking to.If it's an attractive woman, I end up looking away after a few seconds and rarely stare back at her. If it's a guy, I stare at his eyes, then his nose, look down at something, then stare at his eyes again. I do it in a specific pattern but if I get bored I'll switch it up a bit, stare at his shoes or watch if he has one on.If it's a person I find ugly or if it's an average looking woman, I do the same thing I've done with men. With attractive women, I not only fail to stare back at her but I also begin to sweat profusely and talk faster/get out of breath. I hate it, and if this isn't textbook autism then I don't know what is.

People told me in school they felt uncomfortable with how intensely I would stare at them whilst talking to them so now I mostly avoid looking at peoples faces while talking to them but occasionally during a conversation I will make eye contact especially if the person is my friend.

I think the latter is one of the reasons I struggle with eye contact as I just come off as too aggressive otherwise, I either acre about you or want to fuck you, or I'm thinking about bashing your skull. Neutral emotions are hard and pretending I care is even harder. I'm not good with people.
