Had a bout of tinnitus for the first (and so far only) time a couple of months ago. I thought I was going to have to kill myself. Luckily the tapping on the back on the head thing made it go away for me.

>>82945447I got into meditation to get rid of it, and it worked for me (you have to single point focus on the noise with no distractions for a long time (at least at first) if you do it for years (like me) you can pretty much negate the "errrrrrrr" noise within 30 seconds just puting your normal focus on it (again that takes years tho).
