Former 11B (Infantryman) here. If anyone is actually considering joining then AMA. Or if you just feel like hearing some stories or some shit that works too.The Army is good for some guys, bad for others. I definitely don't think anyone or everyone should do it and I will say that making a career out of it isn't the move unless you just FUCKIN LOVE being a hooah.To preface by the way; your job and your unit (Especially your unit) will dictate the quality of training you receive, the people that run your life, the gear you get, etc... and there are definitely good and bad units. Enlisting is therefore a dice roll. But there are constants which I can go over in more detail.
