i wish i could be friends with people in the same way boys are. I had zero friends irl for ages so I used to pretend to be a dude on the internet for years because i liked having friends who I knew with certainty liked me without any ulterior motives / gave me a chance to be their friend because we shared similar interests and humour instead of instantly hating me for being ugly.I tried for so long to have female friends but its really hard to have close girl friends for me, i don't know why. I've had two close female friends before, one was a troon so idk if it counts but we stopped being friends after she tried to force herself on me while i was drunk and even after that I tried to maintain a friendship with her because i am desperate and lonely but things just became so awkward. My only other close female friend chose her boyfriend over me even though he is weird and cheats on her. I've had less close female frienships/acquaintances before but it was boring because they were clearly just a byproduct of close proximity + we would talk about nothing substantive and didnt share many similar interests.I have autism and a strong sexual preference for women so I am not sure if this contributes to my issues, i just really wish i had a girl best friend or friends in general who i can connect with
