You aren't cringe like that are you anon?
Because it takes too long vs tapping a card. Zoomers are very adhd and don't want to take the time to count out money (if they even can without a calculator) and then put change away.
>>83001687paying in cash is a lot more private. at least I think it is. idk. i'll keep doing it.
arent zoomers like 20+ years old now why are we acting like theyre the new thing
I think that survey is probably invalid with shit methodology. Also, they said the same shit about millennials. It's just recycling click bait while pushing ads for credit cards. Stop being a sucker.
why do people still treat "journalists" as tellers of information lmaothey just say whatever the corporation/CEO tells them to
Cash gives a more accurate psychological feel to how much youre spending. It builds up your immune system. Its harder for them to track. Its named after one of Americas coolest rock stars. Go Cash!
>>83001687I feel all cash was just paper like in america. I feel like an incel taking out a bunch of coins
>>83001687I hate digital only but it's far easier than carrying paper when 10 burgers are closer to 30 dollaridoos than 8 buckarinos.
>>83001687Cash is damn dirty, covered in peoples feces.
>>83002307Forgot to say but it also helps not carrying loads of cash when a potential mugger is too tech illiterate to find anything else you're carrying useful (cant unlock phone/card without code)
>>83001687Who the fuck cares what zoomers think?
>>83001687I've never heard anyone around me say that ever.I try to use exclusively cash, I literally count coins at the checkout.
can zoomers do the maths in their head to know how much change they should get?can they read analogue clocks?
>>83001687I'm not a zoomer and I think that too. Haven't paid with cash in years. Literally why would you do that? Using a card is faster and more convenient and the bank even pays me wish cashback programs. You can use self-service checkouts so you don't need to interact with cashiers and if you lose your wallet you won't lose your money. Can't think of a single benefit of paying with cash.
>>83002772The older ones can but the newer ones got soilennial teachers so you cant blame them
>>83002810basic privacy. i go to a shop, i swap my tokens for goods. i can do with them as i like. if the shopkeeper said, "hey, i'm keeping a ledger of everything you've bought," i'd find that really fucking weird.nothing to hide and all that, but there are electronic records out there of everything you have ever bought. i don't care if THEY don't care: i don't want zoomers to grow up with a "that's just normal, isn't it?" attitude.
>>83001687There are shops in my town that are cash only or offer a cash discount in excess of what the CC company's reward program offers.
>>83002826even blaming your own retardation on millennialsyou brocolis are beyond pathetic
>>83001687I don't give a shit what zoomers say. Since the pandemic, I prefer to pay by card. Before that, I drew out cash for the month, which did make it easier to keep to a budget.Dealing with small change was a pisser though. Any time I get cash now, I pay it toward a bill.
>>83001687I mainly do contactless payments with my card, because I get paid there and I'm then able to redirect money into savings/investments. I'll pay in cash if I have it on me and I'm looking to build up money in my account to invest it.If I wanted to mostly play in cash, I'd have to be carrying around a lot of it and it would be in big bills that aren't suitable for when I only buy cheap stuff like chocolate bars. Also, cash is fucking dirty and all kinds of viruses have been found on random samples of cash in my country. It's much better for my health to avoid touching cash.
>>83003015Name one industry that got better as a result of cucklennials entering the job market and not faker gayer and more retarded. They arent ensouled, hence why everything they touch is brown
>>83001687>caring what zoomers thinkThis is like caring if cockroaches think a can of Raid is cringe. Any generation that is simultaneously degenerate and ultra-puritanical can die poor and mad. Fortunately, that's the fate for more than half of Gen Z.
>>83001687i still pretty much only pay in cash these days, though it is getting harder as they keep pushing for those phone cards you can get now. Worried they will eventually stop it entirely in most places but that is future mes problem.
>>83002810>>83002909rewards credit cards aren't really worth it now that so many places are adding a surcharge for credit.
>>83001723it probably only exists in the hallucination of the gpt bot that wrote the headline
I live in the asshole of nowhere. The internet at a given store actually working is not a guarantee. I take out about $500 every month so I can just pay in cash when I need stuff. Extra at the end of the month goes in a jar for when I want something nice.
>>83002772>analogueshut up mohammad
>>83001687I pay for everything disposable in cash because I'm not retarded. Food, fuel etc. You fags are leaving a paper trail and security risk everywhere you go if you pay by card for everything.
>>83004585I had an uncle who spoke like you. Meanwhile he was a broke unemployed loser who lived with his mom at 60 something years old. Not sure what information he felt could be used against him...
>>83001687I like paying with cash because it gives me a better feeling of how much money I spend. As someone trying to save money, it's much better than paying with card
