Porn
Constant stimulation
Cigarettes
>What happens if you try to quit?
Honestly nothing. I've gone months without cigarettes and didn't feel a thing even though I smoke and vape all the time.
Porn is harder because most of the time I just casually browse porn. I've gone months without porn and felt okay. A bit hornier the first few 2 weeks though.
Need for dopamine and stimulation is the hardest. I want to get back into reading books and doing simple stuff, but when I'm not constantly stimulated my intrusive thoughts come back.

The kratom withdrawls are the worst. Muscle aches, upper respirory symptoms (sneezing mostly) very low mood. Its almost a complete lack of joy for about a month. I've essentially fucked up the reward center of my brain, not beyond repair but It is just awful. Its like weak opiate withdrawl with caffeine and nicotine withdrawls mixed in due to kratoms alkaloid profile. It acts on norepinephrine, your opiate receptors, and serotonin. Theres also some ssri like waithdrawl symptoms.
I've had this habit for about 5 years. I've quit multiple times and every time I relapse and try to quit again it gets worse. I'll try again eventually, but I'm not looking forward to it.

I've tried kratom before too, though I micro'd it to get through a few days. Used it two days in a row and felt like shit for a week. That stuff is horrible. Opioid withdrawals aren't easy from what I've heard but you gotta do it anon.
