>can't stop quitting it for good because that almost everything that happens in the internet happens there >but everytime I got an account there I end up rage-quitting that shit I hate Xitter, it's good and all to have free speech, but most discourses over there end up being brain-rot (Even more than here!).
i'll give Twitter some credit for once being useful in the sense that 'it's the actual person' (e.g. some programmer, company, or even a celebrity). you can read what they say for updates etc., or even communicate with them quicker than email.that said, it's just another fucking message board. whatever 'everything that happens' you're interested in, i guarantee it's not important, Twitter 'happenings' are only important to people ON Twitter. i really wish the news would stop reporting that user384 posted a reply on a forum.the good news is, you can stick to 4chan or find a traditional account-based forum. every post is linear. nothing gets hidden or filtered. everyone in every thread reads every reply. it was a SOLVED PROBLEM reeee
