It's kind of selfish to have children if you are worried about them having your disabilities. Imagine if you give birth to an autistic male. You may not relate to autistic men but being an autistic man is hell.

I get along more with autistic women than autistic men. Autistic men are not all the same but in many cases they're racist, abrasive or just do gross shit I do not want to deal with. Not saying autistic women can't be any of those things but it's much more common with the men. If I'm going to reproduce (if) I would rather be with a man who is mentally stable.

Not her but men and women are different. We learn from a young age how to mask and be productive members of society. The same can't be said for males.
