It was okay but I was hoping for a little more for 7 hours. Doordash actually went down during lunch and someone didn't get their Mcdonald's.
>>84215747in what zone do you doordash anon that pay is miserable
>6 days>Sub $100Haha
>>84215747You live near the portland area by chance ? I can give you $95 for only an hour of ur time
>>84215808and bring kneepads, you're gonna need them
>>84215816Gonna need them, to give to you?
>>84215747Giving me Instacart ptsd ahhhhhh fuck that shit nigggaaa
I wish these delivery services worked further than walking distance. I'd pay a lot for someone to go to Walmart or sams club for me every few weeks, but you basically have to live right next door to be within delivery service. Obviously I'd just go myself if it were that close. They could at least offer the option of charging per mile or something.
>>84215853Instacart frustrates me so much, I don't turn it on.>>84215800It was only today. I start my week on Tuesday.>>84215787Hudson County in NJ
>>84216004Should I get an e scooter and door dash?
>>84216022Like these? For some reason almost no one here delivers with them.
>>84215747you were basically paid around $5.50 per order, and that's only because people tipped. without tips it'd only be around $2.25 per order. that's legitimately insane; idk how people do this for a living. do you at-least not get taxed on that?
>>84216180Well the tips are pre-included in the offer so Doordash's contribution is not the main focus. To be honest I don't know if they are taxed, but I haven't done my taxes in a few years because I was neet.
>>84215747Nigga you making $5.92 an hour+ tip, goddamn slow that gravy train down
>>84216022they don't have the range, you'd have to get an EUC, and get swappable batteries.not worth when you could get a gas operated scooter or a motorcycle.
>>84216116Ya. Exactly like that
>>84216378What kind of range would I need? And why the fuck would I get a gas powered anything to make a tiny amount of money?
>>84215747jesus, doordash is like slaveryare you and illegal immigrant or something? mcdonalds pays like 2.5 times your current hourly rate plus benefits
>>84216452Mcdonald's never got back to meAnd it's an uncomfortable thought not having unlimited days off
>>84216452Benefits are such a scam, the entire concept is 100% jewish. Insurance is worthless if you don't get sick. Vacation is worthless because unpaid days off is always preferable. Benefits only exist as an excuse to charge employees for inferior quality services and then act like it's a benefit to them
>>84216504Do you do anything else for money besides doordash? I find it hard to believe you can afford a roof over your head, let alone food, with a payrate that works out to less than the lowest minimum wage in the country in one of the highest COL areas of the couuntry.
>>84216764doordashers are the biggest fucking retards on the planet man they're destroying their cars for a pittance. ive known a shit ton of doordashers and they all bitch at one point "hurrr i can't make money today my car is in the shop and the bill is over 1k" and im thinking hmmm why is it in the shop every month I wonderthey're retarded
Try to shill to a recurring customer off app and be on callI have this twink in a mini who im p sure is a male prostitute to get me stuff and i pay him cash or etf cost + tipHe suggested it first and i stopped using uber
>>84216764I get SSI that my mother controls.
>>84216180>idk how people do this for a livingEspecially with the cost of gas and the maintenance on your car. You're basically paying to work
>>84216004NJ wages are terrible. Its also one of the most expensive states to live in the entire country. I fucking hate it here. I live in Hudson County as well, I wish I lived in Camden or something.
>>84218140>I wish I lived in Camden or somethingCamden is an absolute shit hole, you definitely don't want to live there
doordash is such an unbelievably excruciating experience compared to a normal job i dont know why you even botheri did doordash for a while and i could only go a few hours before i called it quits, just the fatigue of DRIVING and GETTING THING and DRIVING and THING and NAVIGATIONAL ERROR and more fucking driving made me crash in the middle of the day and i had to go sleep meanwhile a normal job you just turn your brain off and get paid. and sometimes you do something
>>84218494Huh. I never been there before. I just thought the name was cool.
>>84218515I loaded trailers for a while and that was depressing for me. And it took more of my energy.I'm on a bike so I don't know how I'd feel using a car though.
