Yeah that one is uglier than the OP, but it still just looks like a black baby. The person who made the doll is probably trying to be "inclusive" and make a realistic looking black baby. That's what black people look like especially babies. Their noses and lips are larger cause they haven't grown into them yet. That's true of other races too btw.
