I had a job at a catering hall for like a month. Just upped and left. They paid too damn little. Try to used the experience to leap frog into bar tending but did not succeed.

Off and on when buds needed help at restaurants was an exec chef at the time but freinds from culinary school or drinking buds in the industry needed someone to train foh staff properly and like most foh the standards diminish over time
