Personally, I don't care one way or the other. The issue is when you have what amount to "blue law" style rules, that aren't enforced or are barely enforced, you create a situation where they're only ever really used as an excuse to abuse janny powers, like others in this thread have already pointed out. They should either be enforced evenly, or stricken, IMO.

desu for what r9k is you only need to enforce avatar/signature use and camwhoring/hookup.. afaik that gets you 90% of the spam posted here deleted because it is so repetitive in nature
