A friend of mine was obsessed with elden ring and would get stuck on some bosses for weeks. I've never heard a hardslop souls fan explain how it's actually fun to do this, just that all the hairpulling frustration is somehow worth it when you finally beat the boss and get your 10 seconds of dopamine.
