I'd recommend making a long-term plan and doing your best to stick to it, not doing what others want. But I understand that is easier said than done as a natural people-pleaser like we are. Face your challenges head on, and don't shy away from things like therapy if you need it. Trying to run or hide from issues always ends up making them worse. Also, focus on your physical health because you won't have that long before it gets harder to stay fit and healthy. Mental health is downstream from the physical I've found. So take care of your body, and your mind will most likely be in better shape too. Godspeed anon, I really hope you are far happier at 30 than I am.
