How do I make my glans less sensitive? I have phimosis and I can only pull my foreskin back about 1/5th of the way over so I never directly touch it when jacking off. Any amount of direct contact with it is literally painful, even blowjobs. The only thing I can tolerate is a light stream of water on it.
