I'm keeping a journal. Since I started it, 8 or 9 months ago, I've already written 55000 words.

>>84265025>cool hobbyI don't have one, but this long weekend I'm gonna pause learning CANbus and learn PLC instead, I have an arduino plc kit and once I get it to do a few things I think I could use at work I will go back to CANbus. I needed another power-supply for CANbus stuff so I picked one up but I'll go buy a DIY PWM this afternoon and check out the other kits.I love making and learning stuff bros. I play WoW sometimes 2.>>84266389That's a cool one. I know. someone that does it and sometimes he gives me honey. Have you encountered those mites?>>84265580My mother said I should do this, maybe because I tell her about my day instead of my non-existent gf and she doesn't care so much.>>84265485Post drawings
>>84265025Gamedev, sadly it's been 10 years and I've never actually finished a game. I always get sidetracked and I hate working alone.
>>84265025Video games and gaslighting myself into believing I need nobody and nothing besides myself.
>>84265025i'm trying to make a comic book after finding out chris chan makes a comic book, but i want mine to be good. i don't work on it often though and i don't know how to draw, i don't want to have masterful artwork just good enough to not be total shit. i just don't work on it often enough to fully call it a hobby, but i want it to be my hobby. pic related is the story for a villain.the comic book is about crackheads with super powers, gang members and a secret government organization that deals with the paranormal and have psychic abilities from semen retention.it's a comedy, i want it to be wacky like jojo and playful too like one piece. mainly because i like the power system in both mangas.
My waifu rekindled my interest in playing Texas Hold'em again and I'm currently playing for fun and brushing up my knowledge by hoovering up books about this new obsession. Something about ego-checking overconfident players sounds like fun. Just gotta try not being the overconfident one I guess. :3I have a tendency to be a bit robotic which might prove to be an advantage here.
>>84265025my hobbies are so cool people want to kill me
>>84265678i'm just picking up both lifting weights and learning the electric guitar actually!
>>84266832this is so cool actually this is the type of stuff i had in mind making this thread.>>84266820you need to lock in and make that shit who knows if itll take off
>>84267698the only problem with my comic book is that i can't seem to come up with a fun enough power for the main character. since i can't do that i can't finish a lot of the story, so i just have a bunch of ideas piled up that i can't work on. plus learning to draw is actually pretty hard.
>>84265025Nothing. I sit around and play games and look at the internet all day everyday. My daily routine hasn't changed much in like over 20 years
>>84267962do you also wonder why you are miserable and friendless and gfless
>>84265025>what's your cool hobby, anon?I post.
>>84268012Who the fuck wants a GF anymore?
>>84268012Yes and I refuse to change

Been into firearms for maybe four months now. Practice every day with dry fire at home, and the range 3-4 times a week. Pic is my Glock 19 gen 6 in its holster

>>84270066Gaming is a child's hobby. I'm sorry you spent so much time on meaningless pursuits, anon. Good thing you got those bing bing wahoos!
>>84265025I like writing. I'm working on a novella about the Ukraine war. I also like scuba diving but my fucked up heart makes it harder and harder to do it.
>>84270079>Gaming is a child's hobbyNot that anon, but why do you have to belittle a hobby that you don't like? Not to mention, this makes no sense at all if you compare to gaming to many other hobbies.
>>84270101Gaming produces nothing except a high score or achievement -- all within the confines of what the developer intended to begin with. Getting "good" at pressing buttons or keys is not a valid hobby. Fun fact: no video game has ever produced a great artist, writer, or any other skilled person. It produced man children who will trip over their chubby feet to defend sitting in front of a screen for hours, developing zero skills or producing anything of any tangible note, value, or personal benefit. The people drawn to video games in the adult age are universally sad, adult children with nothing to show for their thousands of hours of time wasted
>>84270124this but whatever your hobby is
>>84270146I hike once, twice a week. I can think of many tangible and personal benefits to exercising in nature. Now do some for the bing bing wahoos please, some you can even demonstrate to impress foids :^)
>>84270153yeah, thats what I said, your hobby is useless. I've had sex so get your next cope ready, hikertranny
>>84270162Mad because your children's hobby got called out, anon? Don't people in PvP say stuff like "touch grass"? Maybe consider doing that, and you'll feel better about wasting your life.
>>84270124>typing all that just to be completely wrongFun fact: many professional football managers did in fact play the football manager games, including some of the best. You're supposed to be so mature and able based on what you said, but you're just an idiot.
>>84270180>Fun fact: many professional football managers did in fact play the football manager games, including some of the best. Cute, but I doubt it's their hobby. I doubt they play other games, too. And they also have a job that involves them using a skill outside of bing bing wahoos.Do you use your EBIN honed knowledge of stamina/health management to get you girls, jobs, maybe even some personal satisfaction?>You're supposed to be so mature and able based on what you said, Correct and I am. Good observation.>but you're just an idiot.I'm sorry you're upset. Maybe a few rounds of Deadlock will alleviate that alienated feeling? Or you could...>touch grassI swear this stuff writes itself lol. Go get them bing bing wahoos bro, it's all you got
>>84270169nigger you walk for a hobby, ive hiked trails as a kid and as an adult, your hobby is fucking useless and talentless nothing "hobby, no shit foids love hiking because it's a normalnigger retard "hobby". My hobby is breathing oxygen ass nigger
>>84270198Hiking makes you far healthier than elden ring. You can invite women to hike with you, unlike elden ring. I'm sorry you feel as though hiking is not a strenuous or serious hobby. I would encourage you to lumber up from your gaming chair and attempt a walk around your neighborhood to experience a fraction of the difference between bibeo james and actually being outside and exercising.Don't worry lil guy, that boss is gonna be waiting for you when you struggle home.
>>84270209You sound like you can use all the exercise you can get piggy
>>84270227>N-No you!Another thing we fail to touch upon is that video games are not promoting decent thinking or writing in people playing games. It's like a net negative to skills that actually matter.
>>84270234>t. obese pig noisestake a walk slob
>>84270242>N-No you!Another thing we fail to touch upon is that video games are not promoting decent thinking or writing in people playing games. It's like a net negative to skills that actually matter, desu.
>>84270245I'm walking right now, what are you doing lazy piggy?
>>84270250Are you really so mad that your little childish pursuit got you to actually exercise?Holy shit.I really am good.Also,>>84270250>N-No you!>Another thing we fail to touch upon is that video games are not promoting decent thinking or writing in people playing games. It's like a net negative to skills that actually matter. desu
>>84270196>Cute, but I doubt it's their hobby. Why would anyone who doesn't like football play a video game about managing a football team? Use your brain, retard. They started playing before they became managers.>And they also have a job that involves them using a skill outside of bing bing wahoos.Yes, being managers of football teams and getting paid good money for it.>Do you use your EBIN honed knowledge of stamina/health management to get you girls, jobs, maybe even some personal satisfaction?Yes, I actually do, and I'm one of the youngest managers of my company. I have also won sports and music competitions. What have you achieved?>Correct and I am. Good observation. That's not what I said though. So it seems not playing video games makes you a dishonest person? Or do you just have learning difficulties?>I swear this stuff writes itself lolI probably go out more than you and I'm a lot fitter than you. Keep coping though. No amount of deflection can save you.
>>84270256I was walking before I even opened this thread piggy, meanwhile you're a larping performative foid(no man would brag about walking as a hobby)
it's just a game no need to get so worked up
>>84270259>Why would anyone who doesn't like football play a video game about managing a football team?Because it's their job to practice what they do for work... outside of work?>Use your brain, retard. They started playing before they became managers.I'm sorry your upset, anon. A few rounds of Overwatch 2- 3? will quell that feeling.>Yes, I actually do, and I'm one of the youngest managers of my company. I have also won sports and music competitions. What have you achieved?Seems legit. I am the CEO of your company btw.>That's not what I said though. So it seems not playing video games makes you a dishonest person? Or do you just have learning difficulties? You are correct, I made correct and true observations. I'm sorry you're upset tho, it would be frustrating having achievements that you can't show anyone.>I probably go out more than you and I'm a lot fitter than you. Keep coping though. No amount of deflection can save you.Seems legit, and I don't doubt it. Your reflexes are probably incredible, too, for those rare moments where you have to double-jump and switch to a scattergun at the right time off your secondary. Right?>>84270262Woame too dude. i'm actually walking AS WE TALK. I'm so proud of you, shit!!! Maybe we'll bump into each other?>>84270272Right? It's a kids toy and they're losing it. I don't understand.
>>84265025I do worldbuilding, I create settings and write short stories that happen in them. So writing, basically.
>>84270282>Because it's their job to practice what they do for work... outside of work?Right, so contrary to what you said earlier, you're saying video games do actually give you skills and knowledge for a job.>Seems legit. I am the CEO of your company btw. What a cope lol. Also, why are you dodging the question? What have you achieved other than being able to walk up a slope? Do you have toned abs? I do.
>>84265025Origami, paper craft, video games, and sometimes I mess about with a little bit of pixel art, but I'm very bad at that one.
>>84270282>proud of walkingonly a fatfuck would feel this way, keep exposing yourself fat bitch kek
>>84270307Sure, if they're maybe occupation related. Be honest anon: are you actually gaining anything from soulslikes or shooters? anything that you can put on a resume?>>84270307>What a cope lol. Also, why are you dodging the question? What have you achieved other than being able to walk up a slope? Do you have toned abs? I do.Anon, nobody believes you. I don't believe you for a moment you have a single one of those things. But I do know you are deeply tied to the idea that vidya is not a toy for children, so I am playing along with your jest. You seem upset, however, which makes you understanding humor or even a non-serious post very tough.>Another thing we fail to touch upon is that video games are not promoting decent thinking or writing in people playing games. It's like a net negative to skills that actually matter.I will just let you know you have a surprise meeting with the HR director and your manager in a few minutes.>>84270322I am very proud of the mountains I've hiked and time I've spent outside exercising. What was your last bideo james achievement btw?
>>84270001I'm female, you can hit if it doesn't work out with my crush
>>84270329walking trails isnt an achievement foid, you need to lay off the jewtube vlogs and come back down to earth l, im glad you found something to help you shes those pounds, keep it up and maybe you'll look human one day

>>84270329>Sure, if they're maybe occupation relatedChanging the goalpost now, are we? What are you going to change to next? Just admit you're wrong. I've got more examples btw.>I don't believe you for a moment you have a single one of those thingsThat's your problem. Doesn't change the fact that I do have all of those things. >understanding humorI would laugh if it's funny. It's a shame you're so unfunny, since I can't call you a cunt either, with you being unable to produce pleasure for anyone around at all.

>>84270364sure sure let's get married already
I found these things called Stereoview cards at an antique store once. They have a little viewfinder and they're these cardboard cards with two photos on them side by side. The idea is that the images were taken a few feet apart so when you look at them through the viewfinder (which has 2 lenses, one for each eye), it makes your depth perception register them in 3D like you're actually there. Really cool and they were made in the late 1800s and early 1900s so I try to collect cool ones whenever I go to another antique store. They're all over the place.
