>>
>>84277528
Covid was going on between January 20th 2020 and January 20th 2021 while Trump was president. Trump had low inflation during that year. Hell, we experienced deflation in sectors. The price of Gas and vehicles dropped during that year.
>>
>>84277479

One year into Trump 2.0 and prices are increasing.

>>
>>84277559
Yes, but the economic impact went on for far longer. Everyone knows the inflation crisis was caused by it.
>>
>>84277577
Does everyone know that though?
You can say the inflation was caused by Covid and that "everyone knows that". But when Trump was dealing with Covid, there wasn't massive inflation.
So why was it a problem when Biden was president dealing with Covid but it wasn't a problem when Trump was president dealing with covid?

I guess we will have to compare who raised prices more at the end of their term. Trump has a lot of catching up to do if he wants to reach Biden's price increases

The short of it took time to really affect the economy. The long of it is complicated, but I can explain further if you'd like.

Who was the last president that had deflation?
Falling prices.
I don't think it's a realistic standard, but you tell me, who's the last president that lowered prices?

I agree that the lockdowns lead to the high inflation.
https://gbdeclaration.org/
That's why I stand behind Great Barrington Declaration. That's why I really appreciate Trump putting Jay Bhattacharya in charge of the NIH. The Lockdowns were a bad idea that caused irreparable damage, not just economically but socially and in the development of children

There's a billion dollar network of cable news, podcasts, and internet media designed to convince ignorant rural Americans of an alternate reality. Within that reality Trump is a brave hero protecting them from the Satanic socialists who want to turn you gay.

>retard doesn't understand covid caused global inflation
>retard ignores all other hard evidence that democrats always had more prosperous economies due to their policies in all studies while republicans always brought in recessions and poor economies

This is why the fall of America is always gonna be because of conservatives and they will still blame the left for everything.

Covid was going on between January 20th 2020 and January 20th 2021 while Trump was president.
Why wasn't Trump experiencing inflation while handling Covid?

>>84278422
Well for one, covid was still going on during 2022. A lag effect happened caused inflation to skyrocket due to the supply chain disruption and reduced consumer spending causing lower inflation during trumps term. Less money was in circulation. Once money started getting back in to more circulation inflation rapidly increased during bidens term.

Now covid wasn't anyones fault, not trump or biden, and I bet you can't even point to a single economic policy biden made to cause inflation in the first place if you so proclaim inflation happened cause of Biden. But you can bet your ass the shitty economic times in the next coming years are all due to trump and conservative policies especially since they are the majority in all forms of the government with no pandemic supply chain disruption to blame for.

The "Big Three" index fund managers BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) are asset management firms.
https://www.blackrock.com/corporate/newsroom/setting-the-record-straight/buying-houses-facts
Approximately 0% (effectively negligible, well under 0.1% even on the most generous indirect interpretation). BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street Global Advisors (SSGA)-collectively known as the "Big Three" passive asset managers-do not directly own any meaningful share of U.S. housing stock
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BlackRock_house-buying_conspiracy_theory
It's a conspiracy theory.
>>
>>84278660
The words "conspiracy theory" were first used by Nixon as a directed insult to the people who knew what he was actually doing.
>>
>>84278677
And then was adopted by the mass media when people expressed any skepticism about the facts of JFK's assassination.

>>
>>84278680
That one's not a conspiracy theory. It's taught in school that it was the mafia. Everyone back then knew it too, and that's why RICO became a thing.
>>
>>84277479

i thought it was the kikes that killed JFK because he didnt ggive them nukes and actively attempted to stop them from developing them.
>>
>>84278717
It was specifically because of the Cuban Revolution kicking the mafia out of Havana. JFK was opening relations back up with Cuba, and opening up travel to Havana again would have killed Las Vegas. The don at the time told his henchmen to "get rid of the rock in his shoe."

https://www.brookings.edu/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/20231102_THP_SingleFamilyRentals_Proposal.pdf
Large institutional investors, defined as those owning over 100 homes (which includes private equity firms), own 3 percent of the single-family rental stock nationwide according to Brookings. This share is higher in some local markets - in the 20 Metropolitan Statistical Areas where these investors are most present, they own 12.4 percent - but they still own far less than 20 percent nationwide. The Urban Institute similarly finds they own just 3.8 percent of nationwide single-family rental stock.

Considering purchases rather than holdings, investors (those buying non-primary residences) bought nearly 27 percent of all homes sold in the first quarter of 2025. However, most of these purchases are likely by small investors (those who own less than 5 properties), as they own 85 percent of all investor-owned residential properties. Research by John Burns Research and Consulting found institutional investors are buying less than 2 percent of all homes.

It all clicks into place when you realize people who buy renovate and flip homes are investors, and they are middle age-old people who are putting all their capital into real estate instead of the bank

Blackrock Vanguard and Billionaires own between 01.-3.8% of nationwide single-family homes
They're not making homes outlandishly expensive with such a small percentage of the market
>>
>>84280113
Yes, they are. Do you think that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac owned all the homes that they serviced during the 2008 financial meltdown, caused by another idiot faggot war criminal Republican president? Do you think all those people went homeless because the house company went out of business? Eat a shit sandwich, you cocksleeve retard.
