Routers dont have the fucking hardware to act as radars and even if they did which would make them cost millions of dollars rather than so tens, it would be incredibly difficult for them to image the room around them with high resolution. Clickbait article may as well have said "government is putting cameras in your router/walls" as that would make more fucking economic sense for the government to do.
