This will have the opposite effect because democracy depends on the development of an educated middle class and destroying infrastructure will throw Iran into an economic depression with businesses going bankrupt, jobs lost, more people becoming more poverty stricken, more dependent on the state and handouts and thus more easily manipulated.

Further a rational person will blame the US, since they are literally bombing infrastructure, so the state propaganda will be corroborated rather than just being something people lowkey don't accept. Iran was on the brink of regime collapse on its own and these bombings gave it at least another decade of life.
