Life is so horribly unfair. I was obese as a child, and after losing all the weight my body is permanently ruined. I need thousands worth of surgery that'll only give me more scars. My obesity gave me psuedogyno too, so I'll end up looking like a pooner with top scars

That small breast tissue being covered by fat doesn't mean that the breast tissue grew, once the fat goes away obviously the small amount of breast issue that you always had will still be there
I was obese as a child too and the only thing that annoys the shit out of my about it is my slightly bent outward calves. It's not even about height, it's about balance and not being able to sprint as fast as I could do with straight legs.
