- Has anyone given me any genuine feedback on how I could improve myself? What did I do with that feedback? Did I act?
- In the last 12 months, did I make any effort with women?
- If yes, were those women proportionately similar to me? Eg, were they a similar level of physical attractiveness? Were they a similar level or emotional maturity?
- How did I last respond to rejection? Did I handle it in a healthy way? Do I know what 'handling it in a healthy way' even means?
- How would therapy change my life?
- if I have attended therapy, did I genuinely engage with it? Do I know what that means? What does 'engaging' look like?
- What are the flaws in my personality that I need to improve? How do I know what my flaws are? Do I have blind spots?

I sincerely recommend that if the answer to any of these questions is one of uncertainty, I suggest you Screenshot these questions and ask a therapist.
