you've never grown up with the idea of 4chan posts being ephemeral unless they were specifically screenshotted or archived. turns out the internet DOES forget 99% of posts.now absolutely everything is archived whether you like it or not. chances are it won't matter, but you never know what will happen in the future. you could become Dickanon, the anon who posted his dick, and your future gf/bf stumbles across the repost.tl;dr: don't do it, OP.
