In the early 2000s being in your 30s was considered young. Most romcoms had characters in their mid to late 30s, even 40s. They were working, dating and having fun. No one considered them "uncs". But today anyone over 25 is considered "unc" ? How did that happen?
>>84342961front facing phone cameras made everyone insecure. now we have to look perfect and "young" all the time.
>>84342961I hate Gen Alpha slang so much.
Seems that we Millennials are doomed to be dumped on by all other generations. Not only were we economically fucked over multiple times, some of us couldn't get laid before fuck apps and social media ruined everything.
Also, Pfeiffer could still fucking get it. HNNG!
Lol I'm 34 and only just lately realizing I'm like old compared to these newfags. Anyone under 25 is barely conscious imo. Sometimes see couples they're like 26 and 29 with 3 kids and a mortgage I'm like wtf is going on? Why are you infants having children? I feel like you should only have children if you're around 60+, only then have you lived long enough to know that life was worth living. Otherwise you're just being irresponsible.
Zoomers who will soon be old according to their own niggerspeak memes OP
I'm 35 and I can tell I annoy people who are in their 50s even though I'm not really that immature. I still have social energy and like to talk. I feel like other people have given up on talking.
I'm considering joining my city's local social Discord group and going to their supposedly regular planned social events.
>>84342961im a 19 year old zoomer turning twenty tomorrow. Do you hate me?
>>84343063yes r9k user you're totally right
>>84343086>local social Discord groupmine is full of trannies and it's illegal to ask of they're afab
>>84343156I don't know how else to meet women much, much younger than myself. I just hear they all hang out on Discord.
>>84343063being irresponsible is part of life thoughever. there's a sort of happiness that only comes from surrendering yourself to unpredictability and giving up control
>>84343063 Today zoomies view single people in their 30s the same way society in the 1950s viewed them: as either closeted homos, weirdos or pedophile adjuncts. There is one difference with zoomies tho: between the ages of 18 - 21 every degeneracy under the sun is allowed to them, from trooning out, to fistfucking at polyamourous orgies, ranking up insane body counts, but its a infantilized space reserved for the cute and young who are still 'finding themselves', this domain has expiration date beggining in your mid to late 20s (depending on the balding levels). Suddenly people are not supposed to go to clubs, festivals, because it "predatory" for them to be there.
>>84343187years ago there was a thread on reddit when some college stundents didn't allow some woman who was 28 to participate in extracurricular activities with them because zoomies thought her presence might be "predatory".
>>8434296130 was always considered old, stop being in denial faggott. 30 yo oldfag
I think I peaked in my looks around 35. People don't believe that is possible but it is. Around 37 I had so many young girls checking me out in public or was a joke to my fiance. Some would openly start talking to me. It was all about losing the baby fat on my face. Now I'm 41 and starting to look old. Nobody is checking me out because my hair is visibly turning grey on the sides but I still look like a lanklet teenager. The effect is ruined. My main point is that after mid 30s you are fucking old. At 35 my oldest kid was already 14 years old. It's wild that some of you are thinking you are young at that age when my kid is about to start driving and getting laid
>>84343063I'm also 34 and I think you're fucking retarded.
>>84343214around those ages respectively and when talking to someone about anime yesterday she started to rescind her offer to get my number for texting because of the "age gap". surreal
>>84343337point: the entire episode of friends where they have their freakouts about being old on their 30th birthdayscounterpoint: the existence of 13 going on 30. i am thirty and flirty and thriving and free~30s are generally considered when you are no longer a "young adult" but just "an adult" and a painful transition point. i would argue this was originally more like 25 but adolescence has been delayed. honestly i think millennials had a bit of a fluke here with a preponderance of media that depicted single people in their 30s and the entire span of the 20s being about enjoying youth. 30 is pretty much where you're set on your path and many people are married by then. this isn't unilaterally true though.https://vimeo.com/558619552it is pretty weird to be known for being the young one out of a group and suddenly be considered old by everyone. not even a transition of being a peer. just straight from child to old.
>>84343063>>84343084It feels like everyone younger and everyone older has completely given up on being alive in any capacity and resent you for not being as equally dead-eyed and insecure as them. Many same age people too. If you're cheerful and kind to people they will automatically knock off 5 years minimum in their assessment of your age just because it is apparently so rare. People keep thinking I'm an early college student and it's freaking me out. When I was younger and more depressed/cynical they all thought I was in my 30s and (hilariously) a mother.
>>84344296>ur heckin old you need to do bigboy stuff like mortage now
>>84344249at 34 (with a head full of hair and nice skin due to using spf) I don't look like the typical fattened up 30something dude. I still feel the culture is hostile to me: going on vacation feels like torture because I just know the groups of single ladies are composed of college aged chicks who upon realizing my real age will immediately threat profile me as "that older guy" . Women my age however are nowhere to be found irl, they are just going to work and then laser swiping left anything under 6ft when at home.
>>84344275https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTOq2nRyrGMShow from the 90s
>>84342961People in their teens have always considered people in their 20s old, and people in their 20s have always considered people in their 30s old. Hollywood movies aren't made just for younguns and don't negate reality.
>>84342961Zoomers are afraid of aging and they self infantilize like crazy. When I was 17, if someone called me a kid or a baby I'd be pissed and feel disrespected. Hell, one of the biggest insults when gaming as a teenager was calling the other guy a kid. But then zoomers got online and suddenly a 25 year old is ancient. And if a 27 year old flirts with a 21 year old he's grooming her. They happily call themselves wittle babies at 20 and believe that whole prefrontal cortex meme. So like most online enshitiffications. Blame zoom zooms. Idk why they're so obsessed with it. The oldest zoomers are turning 30 now. Though 90s zoomers aren't so bad. The retarded ones are those born post 2000. t. one of the last millennials to turn 30 recently.
Zoomers and alphies are retarded. These are the same people who think not having a 6 figure job at 22 means they're a failure and should rope btw
>>84346285Hey fag. Everyone here was once a teenager. I never considered people in their 30s old. Maybe it's because my parents had me older but even 40s seemed active and on the younger side. So no, stop making up shit and acting like it's a fact.
>>84342961>over 25It's 18+ actually.
>>84342961Post college age is old. Nothing left for you after. Nothing meaningful at least.
>>84346285there is this phenomenon, but only when you're a child. Once I was going through the puberty I was attracted to some 30+ year old teachers milfs and even some 40+ year old women too. Or maybe I thought they were 40, but it did not reduce my desire to have sex with them in the least. I never did, sadly. But that's how I saw it>movies>hollywoodall the girls playing young college and high school girls were in their mid 20's at least and they were hot af too. I frankly don't know what you faggots talking about, except>this person is kinda ugly, obese, bald, has no money, dirty, smells bad, and doesn't even has a jobyeah, then I understand. Attraction is subjective, but nobody is ever into some 30 year old looking like they're 50 or 60.
>>84342961It's weird because people in their thirties and especially mid to late twenties look young if they're healthy. Idk when 25 became the benchmark for old age, maybe it has something to do with the brain developing myth.
good copeI'm not old!
