I think the biggest thing I've learnt after 30 is that once you hit this age, life slows down so much. I mean in terms of speed, life actually goes faster. But your actual life is nothing but work, gym and sleeping. I hardly meet anyone new. I remember during school and university I was around so many people. But that time period of between 16 to about maybe 25 I was very socially anxious and insecure about myself. I was a slow starter. It's the opposite now. I'm sure of who I am and I can be the life of the party (after a few drinks to chill me out). But I haven't met anyone new in years because I just go to work and then home.

I really wish I wasnt so socially unaware back in my late teens and early 20s. I really messed it up and i cant go back now.

strange, test is meant to help you preserve muscle mass.

you develop muscle at a faster rate on roids just by doing nothing, compared to a person working everyday that's natural. it starts out around 200mg, but the effects are more apparent upwards of around 300/400mg.

whatever works for you though, tried enclo and it seemed like a meme for people too scared of roids.
