It's easier to hate than to love

So they say, but I find it difficult to hate too.
I'm usually just detached or indifferent. To hate still means attempting to hold onto your attachment, even if it's a negative one. Repulsion is still charge, you know.

I have a hard time hating people who wrong me, but I will forever hate people who have wronged others, especially those who have wronged people I love.

Swings both ways to me.
If somebody wrongs me or somebody I love, in the moment I might feel hate, but it's dispensed after a while, and I'm more focused on reassuring the victim instead. Plus, in very general terms, I can hardly do anything like hold grudges.

hate is probably a primal feeling resting in our lizard part of the brain and love is probably resting somewhere on a more complex part of the brain.

I think both attraction and repulsion are basic but...
Love and Hate are both much more complex, and also not real opposites because both can happen at the same time, towards the same object.
