To brag, but my squeeze has never seen Hunter x Hunter and I get to watch the whole series from scratch from the beginning. I love it so much. It's like watching it again for the first time. You are being a bit of a hater though seinen is good too but you just have to be in the mood. Now that I am older, I really like slow paced shows about older adults. For example, I really like the invisible man in his soon to be wife. It gives me a mood boost in a different way than hxh. But I think we can all agree that grimdark shit is garbage
