Damn, it's now been over a year since /f/ died. Sad, it was my favorite board.
>>84377554The mods really don't give the slightest shit about 4chan culture and just see it as a reddit/twitter aggregator. I almost wish moot had just shut the site down when he was done with it; that would have been more dignified than this.
4chan is genuinely dying. someone on /int/ pointed out that /cgl/ was a ghost town, I looked and he was right, barely anyone is posting there. it used to be lively enough to be acknowledged by /a/ as a sort of rival femanon board like 10+ years ago, which was the last time I looked at it./int/ and /r9k/ are also slow now for that matter. people moved on to other platforms, I guess discord, xitter, tiktok, and others.
>>84377554I wonder were all the guys there went?
>>84377674I wander aimlessly from board to board. /f/ was unique in that it was basically a time capsule from the 2000s. If you had told me in 2005 that a bunch of reddit refugees were going to take down 4chan and permanently kill /f/, I'd have asked what "reddit" was and laughed in your face. I wish there was something, somewhere that captured the spirit of the old internet, but there just isn't.

>>84377654The hackers were basedjak posters bitching about some fucking drama bullshit. I fucking hate the zoomernet.
>>84377674i wish i knew too. honestly it just feels like everyone grew up and got a life and became normies, while a few of us were actually robots who got left behind. /f/ was like a glimpse into the past and that's gone too, its so over
