/out/ will overthink it and it's stupid to do so. You don't need the perfect backpack, just take some cheap military stuff and if you ever need to chance you'll know what to get with experience.
I've had a french army F1 backpack for 9 years, found it for 30 euros. I've hiked weeks and weeks with it it was just fine and had 100L. Last year I eventually bought a more comfortable 38L quechua MH500 but it was for a very specific month-long hike and I still use the F1 every once in a while.

It's not a car, it's a backpack. You don't need to spend hours for the perfect bang for your buck. Just find local deal, and use any

I like my Osprey pack, very comfortable to use which was the most important factor when I bought it, durability and comfort.

If you're in Europe most people just use decathlon shit
