You instantly see a short guy and you perceive that he's short, meanwhile if a guy has crooked teeth it would take him to open his mouth for you to perceive it. Sometimes people take time even to perceive a crooked nose, but height, body fat %, hair, recessed mandible/maxilla/chin, and prey eyes are instantly perceptible
