I personally started to feel old at 23 years old.
Now I'm going to be 26 in a few days and I feel terrible. 17 to 22 felt the same age, now it feels like a big jump every new year.

How the fuck do you even deal with ageing? The worst part my life is the exact same as I was 12 for the except I go to work instead of school. No friends, no gf, no hobbies. And to be fair I don't even want any of that because I'm not capable of forming bonds with people and i want to be a NEET, but I can't neet anymore.

Seriously what life approach should I even take that won't lead me to an even depressed being and kill myself at 35 (postponed from 25 (I'll never do it I'm too much of a pussy))?

You don't. You keep sitting in front of your PC all day just like when you were a teenager, playing games and trying to escape even though it gets more and more difficult as you grow older and lonelier. Also I guess alcohol helps to some degree.

For women, 25+ is surely old. I still remember the first time I noticed The Wall:
>friend's home
>their mom is organizing photos on a table
>spot a pic of friend's sis 15yo birthday (I attended)
>she looks so much cuter then
I didn't even notice her decay, seeing her from time to time for years. By the way, she was 23yo at the greentexts' time, so not an old woman at all. We're talking about a chick who took care of herself through good diet and regular exercise.

Men are way more durable. As long as you don't go bald or shoot yourself on the foot by drinking, smoking, going fat, etc, you look like you're in your 20s for very long.
I believe part of what makes the "young looking millenial" phenomenon is that people don't actually know what a 30yo man looks like: They see 30yo women and think men should look equivalent. They do not.
