Non sequitur. An act causing some good is not sufficient to declare the act is "good", it may also cause some "bad" which outweighs that good. In this case, the pain and trauma *caused* by the rape may be too much to be justified by the pleasure the rapist enjoys, or we might find that even if the pleasure enjoyed by the rapist would be enough to justify it under the other way of thinking, that they do not have the right to cause others harm in the pursuit of that pleasure in the first place.
