My waist is 35 inches, am i fat?

I really want to be nice and slim and smol
>>
>>84390994
this is not enough info. are you a male? a female? how tall are you? do you have a broad or thin build?
>>
>>84391001
Female, 5'8, kinda chunky
>>
>>84390994
Maybe not fat but most likely chubby.
>>
I really don't know based on that. I'm not making you a dress. report back with body fat percentage
>>
>>84391003
35 inches sounds like a bit chubby for your height, but your height is nice because it'll be easier for you to look slim. keep losing weight but don't starve yourself
>>
>>84391010
Oh im probably 30% body fat. I have no idea im just guessing
>>
>>84391012
I have literally 0 chance of starving myself because food is my only pleasure

:(
>>

>>84391015
okay so actually you would want to be about 23% or possibly lower.
but you're not far off so be good this year and maybe you'll get what you're looking for
>>
I remember being able to rest my phone on my tummy when laying down, and now it slides off
>>
>>84391034
Yeah defo 35% at least, i just seem to store fat, i dont even snack that much lol
>>
>>84391024
then you have to exercise more. you can still eat, but you have to find a way to burn calories. is there any sport you enjoy?
>>
>>84391003
I'm male, 6'3 with a 30" waist if that helps put things into perspective.
>>
>>84391049
could be thyroid issue or whatever. I was the same way. get used to the feeling of being hungry, embrace it, love it. and the weight will come off
>>
>>84390994
>My waist is 35 inches, am i fat?
Its impossible to tell without pics, weight distribution affects everyone differently desu
>>
>>84391050
I really like badminton but i dont play anymore. I tried 5 years ago and almost collapsed. Im not very active at all, walking is my exercise

>>84391055
Thats huge lol

>>84391072
Yeah im anemic and hypothyroidic but they don't give me any meds. I feel really heavy when i walk
>>
>>84391094
>Im not very active at all, walking is my exercise
how old are you? just curious, it wouldn't be good if you were 20 and unable to play something like badminton. maybe you can try something lighter? easier on your knees?
>>
>>84391110
In my 30s now.

I think walking is for me, i like greenery and trees but i get so tired, i nap all the time and i wake up tired, i napped 7 hours ago and im dizzy now with tiredness
>>
>>84391128
>i napped 7 hours ago and im dizzy now with tiredness
be careful, you might need to check your thyroid hormone levels. my mom had this kind of problem when she wasn't taking a big enough dose, she's also hypothiroidic. walking is cool, maybe you can set up a routine? walk like a km or two every day?
>>
>>84391165
The doctors arent much help,i had a blood test recently, they said it was normal, but im so tired. I can barely stay asleep longer than 4 hours too, it sucks.

Yeah, there's places i can walk undisturbed, which i like a lot

:)
>>
>>84391458
>they said it was normal, but im so tired.
hmm.... doctors are kind of wack sometimes, you know how they usually look at your blood tests and say "number low, pills go brrr" and don't take anything else into consideration... is there any chance you go to another one?
>I can barely stay asleep longer than 4 hours too, it sucks.
this can also mean you're anemic. do you have painful, bloody periods? if so, then you might need to take some iron (eat meat, liver, some beans).
>:)
:o
>>
yes you are fat and that's probably why you have a bunch of vague health issues
>>
>>84391481
My doc is anti piol, the other extreme.

I got my own iron tablets, i do bleed a lot, it sucks. Hate being in pain

Am anemic, and theyre noy helping. Im so tired i wish i could sleep for 12 hours a day, please let me sleep
>>
>>84391634
>My doc is anti piol
Ant pill

Im so bloody tired
>>
>>84391634
oh, ok. that is not good, extremes are never good. pills are good for some stuff, and others can be fixed with food and a nice diet
>i do bleed a lot
yeah, that is awful. iron tablets might not be as effective as the real thing, did you try eating like, organic things with iron?
sorry i am going to stop asking questions im not helping you sleep

>>
>>84391673
again, it is impossible to tell without your height and build
>>
>>84391003
mine is 25", 5'6. you're not smol.
>>
>>84391689
185cm tall
62kg 'heavy'
>>
>>84391693
oh as for build uhhh a lanklet probably
>>
>>84391693
judging by your weight and build, you're built like a stick. no muscle, no fat, nothing. youd probably snap if you got up the wrong day. get some weight, preferably muscle weight

>get some weight
But people online tell me that being built like this is hot. i don't want to loose that, its one of the only things keeping me going.
they seem to love the few pictures that i post online..
>>
>>84391714
it seems like you are just looking for validation. i cant give you that. if you want people to tell you you are hot, then you can post yourself on /soc/.
>>
>>84391721
>i cant give you that
but i didn't ask you for that..
i was just mainly flexxing on the fatties ITT hehe. if i want to post pics i try to do it stealthufully on blue broards :D
>>
>>84391730
wow, if the highlights of your existence are flexing on fat people and posting your body on the internet, then i can't feel anything but pity for you

i live a terribly exciting life, i know.
I also recently thought about getting a nice mic and upgrading from pictures to videos with cute moans and stuff. That would surly make the audience even more interested <3
>>
>>84391767
i don't really care, sorry. good night.
>>
>>84391772
gn gn, fatty :3
>>
>>84390994
can u measure but glutes, its hard to tell, or just take a booty selfie, ive seen 43' booty and thats hot so
>>
>>84390994
Probably.
35" waist is overweight for anyone shorter than 5'10".

>>84391673
Probably not.
28" waist is overweight for anyone shorter than 4'8".

>>84391690
25" waist is overweight for anyone shorter than 4'2"

I have a 30 inch waist as a 6'2 skinny tallfag white guy.
>>
>>84390994
do you look like this bodytype?
>>
I got 7 hours sleep, i dreamt i was in a trailer with my mom and we were shouting.

Then i got woken up. It sounded like mice digging through bags, but i cant hear anything now. I wonder why i thought i heard a noise
>>
>>84391690
Wow. Wtf.

Ok thanks a bunch pal
>>
>>84391668
Erm i try to eat sardines and eggs, i might have more meats but not often. I got 7 hours sleep but this rustling noise like mice going through my bags woke me up
>>
>>84392299
I have more scars
>>
>>84391088
At 35" waist it seems it went into the belly. They're fat. Listen, I am a 5'9 king. I do 25-50 push-ups every day. My physical skeleton has a 29" waist but I buy 30" inch pants for comfort. At my largest I was about 200 pounds and needed a 34" waist band. I was a chunky chubby boy with some love handles and titties. At 35" you are fat no way around it.
>>
>>84393243
can i see them. are they on ur thighs
>>
>>84393251
Thighs and tummy. They dont show up in pics much desu.

I look like i used to hunt werewolves and now i retired to live on the outskirts of a village where the locals gossip about me
>>
>>84393263
that sounds cool desu, do u ever fantasize about riding moid face
>>
>>84393236
good morning. sardines are a good source of iron, but as far as i remember, eggs aren't. try giving meat a go a little more often. also try seafood in general, they might also help you with your iodine intake. i woke up with the rain so im gonna go sleep again, good night
>>
>>84390994
do u do squats, how much do u weigh
>>
>>84393303
>i woke up with the rain so im gonna go sleep again, good night

So comfy. I want to sleep more too. I have depression

>>84393272
I like the idea of being held and fucked nicely but it will never happen oh well
>>
>>84393316
what kind of moids are u into, why will it never happen
>>
>>84393316
nevermind. my neighbors decided its time to be noisy.
>I want to sleep more too. I have depression
you should sleep a bit more, 7 hours isnt really a big deal. do you want to talk about your depression?
>>
>>84393316
like little spoon or sitting and facing moid?
>>
>>84393330
Ok so im kinda obsessed with a game called Cyberpunk and in it i romanced a guy called River and now im literally dreaming of him. I realised no guy has ever been sweet to me, they just catcall or message saying they want fwb which is shit because i want to share my life with someone but meh. I don't go outside as much these days

>>84393356
I hate noisy neighbours so much, i had them before i used to cry and scream, nosie upsets me very much, i have to wear ear plugs all the time.

Depressed because of my appearance, not as pretty as i used to be meh

>>84393357
Sitting and facing would feel very intimate. The idea of sex is so crazy, having a guy inside my body, being owned like that. Its kinda mad. It would feel like a really deep connection
>>
>>84393565
how old are you, were u always mentally ill
>>
>>84393594
>>84393594
In my 30s now.

Yep, diagnosed and drugged at 13. Im always tired. I have depression. I just want to sleep all the time. I like the dark and i love silence. I really do love sitting in a dark room with no noise
>>
>>84393565
does noise annoy you too much? maybe you have some sort of undiagnosed autism?
and well, yeah. looks are kinda doomed to fade, but maybe you got some other things going for yourself?
>>
>>84393779
Yeah i get visibly upset with noise. Probably autism. I struggle a lot.

Sad about my looks. Very sad. Dont wanna be around anymore. Dont have anything else going for me.
>>
Im really sad, not coping
>>
I think today i will have burritos and play some games
>>
And I'll have a cup of tea soon too :)
>>
>>84393848
i see. yeah, i most likely have a form of undiagnosed autism, and it sounds like you do too.
>Very sad.
but your looks haven't changed too much since then, you are in your thirties, not 50! at your age, most men are starting to bald, if not bald already. it can always be worse. what games are you going to play?
>>
>>84390994
Just stop eating and you'll find you become smaller quite quickly.
>>
>>84393958
I just looked in the mirror and i feel a bit better. I hope one day someone will love me lol yeah right.

I need a shut in bf who just spends all day with me. And then we go outside at night for pizza. I remember pizza lol. Im hungry. Gonna take all my medicine now, and then i will.....

Play cyberpunk, i love that game. I think its 10/10, its one of those games i never fast travel in, ever, i dont even drive often, i walk and just stare at everything, and i use headphones, it feels like being there lol what a great game. Id dress really extravagantly and show off my body, not irl because i have scars all over me lol.

Im gonna get braces soon and im going to pretend its cyberware and the dentist is a ripper doc, and then my dad also suggested laser eye surgery, because i cant see, so thats like an ocular implant.
>>
>>84391693
huh im the same height and 52 kg
lol
>>
>>84394116
But i eat when sad. Honestly, i compared a pic from 2 years ago to now, two different people, my shoulders are wider, my hips are wider, tits huge, i look large not good.

I miss being smol. I bought lingerie that i absolutely cannot get into now lol
>>
>>84394133
>But i eat when sad
Skill issue. I don't eat anything when I'm sad.
>>
>>84394133
I bought this, cant wear it now. I don't wanna stop eating but honestly i am so desperately sad, why did i ruin my life
>>
>>84394143
>Skill issue

Dont be mean. Everyone is different. Why did you come here to be like this. I used to be anorexic, then bulimic, ive always struggled with food, now i eat and dont exercise, im sad im sad im sad i dont know what to do, leave me alone
>>
>>84394166
>i'm sad no matter what i do
Then don't be.
Skill issue.
>>
>>84394176
Essy for you to say, you dont look like me
>>
>>84394183
I'm ugly as shit and destined to die alone, unloved, and unknown; just the same as everyone else who frequents places like this.
However, I can accept my fate, whereas you just choose to cry over things that don't even matter.
Skill issue.
>>
>>84394210
I didnt ask, you've always been ugly, you cant understand what its like for me. You lack empathy, and have nothing positive to contribute. Being ugly on the inside has no exuse
>>
>>84394121
thats nice. you sound like you have given up on finding love... as cliche as it sounds, it is never too late. most guys would enjoy having a life like the one you described. one of you would have to work though, so thats bad haha
>cyberpunk
i tried. as much as i tried, it was a mix of my computer not being good enough to run it, and the atmosphere being... well its just not for me. i didnt like it that much
>braces
do braces work at your age? i tried doing some research some time ago, and braces were basically useless in the mid twenties already. laser surgery is pretty cool, though the process itself is torture
>>
>>84394252
Yeah, would need money. Food costs money, we live in hell, who decided that. Without food and water we die, yet we have to pay, every time. We need to live in star trek, not this hell

Yeah cyberpunk runs great with the latest update, i got a series x, i think if you have a ps4, xbox one or a weak pc it isnt that good, i saw videos of the game on release, glad i waited.

Its the first game that makes me think we passed into a new console generation. Its a shame you couldn't get into it, maybe try again once erm.. is it cpu's that are expensive now, or ram? Im not a pc gamer

Yeah the dentist said they'll work, i hope i have a nice smile after, i want pink ribbons on the braces. And yeah i want laser, but they said i need to implant a contact lense, so hopefully that works, sounds painful, have to be awake when they do the operation

I like cyberpunk even more than animal crossing
>>
>>84394252
>most guys would enjoy having a life like the one you described

Do you really think so? I worry guys are turned off by mental health issues and they get annoyed with me, and also i have 0 ambition, i want to just be comfy all day, i don't do the grind i do the snooze lol
>>
>>84394281
money can be cool. sometimes it can be a reward for your hard work, and you can do stuff like traveling or buying treats. it isnt that bad
>latest update
my pc is like 10 years old, so there is no way it can run cyberpunk... not even after optimizations.
>maybe try again
not sure, it is not really my type of genre. i like unrealistic graphics, silly bit stuff, drawings maybe... but hyperrealism has never been appealing to me
>braces and eyes
the braces thing is very surprising for me. please make sure your dentist isnt trying to pull some weird moves to get money from you. why do you need contact lenses though? is your eyesight that bad?
>>84394289
it depends. what are your mental issues? most people would be willing to put up with them, as long as you are nice and willing to work on them...
>>
>>84394314
I just had a burrito, extra sour cream and cheese yum!!

Now having a cup of tea
>>
>>84394314
Im sorry you cant run cyberpunk. Its defo worth playing, my new fav game since skyrim. I cant believe they made that world, its like no other game i played

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCbuBExNR4Y

I like obscure games, i played a game called Black Mirror and Man of Medan, as well as some some roms on the Nintendo store, like Blast Corps lol. I like games.

Yeah i checked out the braces, had a consultation, he can help me yay. And yes, im blind, i have to keep my phone about 8cm from my face in order to see
>>
>>84394842
do you like big worlds? it seems like you do, skyrim is overwhelming at first glance
>I like obscure games
never heard about any of those before. ill give them a look soon, same with your video!
>braces
ohhh, that is good. maybe i should be the one looking for a new dentist, the problem is most of them are pretty bad at their job. i have a mess in my teeth because of an old dentist that left some of them misaligned, even though they were in the right place before. it sounds like laser surgery will do you wonders, so go for it! start applying eyedrops every day, you are required a certain minimum amount of eye humidity, and since you keep your eyes too close to the phone, chances are your eyes are dry.
>>84394810
sounds yummy. i havent had anything today yet...
>>
>>84390994
have u thought about posting ur booty for moid attention
>>
>>84393647
Would u date a moid in his early-mid 20s
>>
>>84394934
I like getting lost, and taking my time to look at things. So i remember just walking along places and looking at the water in Skyrim. I never ever fast travel, never. Never. If a quest is taking me from one side of the map to another, im travelling in real time lol. Got about 600 hours in skyrim and 140 in cyberpunk so far. I like romances lol and getting married, im kinda boring, if i actually lived in that world id just do a few adventures, make money then get married and have kids lol. The storyline would wait lol

Yeah defo look into braces, that's so shit your old dentist ruined your teeth, i hope they can be fixed
>>
>>84395529
Thats good progress. We have the same waist mine looks so round

>>84395992
On discord sure but not here, god knows where it will end up

>>84396079
I would definitely but i know moids have high sex drives and sex is scary. And i see sex as part of love, an expression of love, not just something you do randomly. Does that make sense? Also i would have to learn your slang lol. But i would like that, because it would make me laugh.
>>
>>84396485
>im travelling in real time lol.
that's interesting. most people see traveling as a boring, tedious thing you have to do between fun segments of a game. do you like routines? doing the same thing everyday? do you see yourself taking care of a kid, for example?
>Yeah defo look into braces
i will if i get to fix my current life problems... my teeth are not so bad
>>
>>84396727
Yes, my life is strictly governed by routine. Everyday i do the exact same thing, in the exact same order.

I dont get upset if things change but i definitely love routine. Can i be honest? I cry myself to sleep every night because i dont have a hubby and kids. But i also worry id give my child mental health issues, as its genetic.

But the urge to have a family rips my soul to pieces. I imagine it all in my head. I imagine taking a test, then telling him im going to have his baby, imagine how happy he is, how he kisses me, rubs my tummy softly and we just have this amazing journey to go on together, thats what i imagine
>>
>>84396727
What problems do you have in your life?
>>
>>84396786
why do you think you missed on finding a hubby? what was your experience during school like? also i think i asked what kind of problems you had, like, besides depression, do you have bpd, or avpd? bipolarity?
>I imagine taking a test
a pregnancy test? well, i insist, believe it or not, most men would enjoy doing that with a woman. do you feel you can keep your mental problems at bay?
>>84396796
i would rather not talk about them, on r9k at least...
>>
Depends on the height really. I vary between 28-34 inches depending on how much I've been working out. Sometimes I'll just lose all appetite and all energy for a bit, my meds are fucky. 6'4 so it's a pain in the ass to find pants since every pant that's long enough for my legs is usually made for fat people.
>>
>>84396829
I think i missed out because i never made friends. So i never really had anyone set me up, and i didnt get invited to parties and stuff like that.

I tried dating apps but men mostly want one thing and arent even any good at asking for it, they dont offer to do nice things or anything romantic.

I have schizophrenia which i do struggle with, i try to keep it under control but just having it makes men run away desu. I dont think I'll meet a guy because i dont go outside and im not online and i dont have any friends, so im not likely to meet anyone.

Its ok, i understand, im private too

>>
>>84393316
You. Get levothyroxine from someone properly, you are likely subclinical. Amazon pharmacy will do it if no one else will and at most they will want a thyroid panel from bloodwork, you might have to fast but this is easy.
If your T4->T3 conversion is off (and clearly you are hypothyroid in some way), you need selenium to convert it. Try brazil nuts. Just a few and you hit your goal quickly. Also try heat and vitamin d. I was like you and doctors are NOT helpful. Get new ones if they do not take you seriously. Your life is too short to defer to authority that is too lazy to earn it.
You want some sort of moderate cardio and stretching to at least get your lymphatic system moving so you do not get inflammation from interstitial fluid retention and leaky veins (or deep vein thrombosis). Caffeine is your friend, fuck what they say. Be easy with it on your stomach.
Remember levo requires an empty stomach. You can look up thyroid blends to help as well, I like Solaray. Things like NAC, Nattokinase, and Nitrous Oxide boosters will help. If you do NAD+ therapy be sure to use liposomal trans-resveratrol and liposomal apigenin so you do not waste it. Always buy third party purity tested. Also look into micronized creatine monohydrate and taurine powder, and be sure to get a comprehensive multivitamin that includes vit c, d, zinc, and anything for immune support.
You clearly are anemic so you need heme iron with high bioavailability. There are iron tablets like SlowFe that are gentler on the stomach than most, but bloody red meat will help, dense game especially with lower fat and higher protein content. Vit c will help with protein metabolism, and I recommend the Master Amino Acid Pattern for maximum protein synthesis, about 99% instead of metabolic waste. If you are boosting protein, also boost both soluble and insoluble fiber and hydration. Check your electrolytes, not just sodium but potassium and magnesium as well. Different forms of mag have diff effects.
>>
>>84397775
You also likely want some form of digestive enzyme and to get probiotic and prebiotic support. Psyllium husk powder is supposed to be helpful as well for constipation.
Remember your iron and protein needs are heightened during different portions of your menstrual cycle as your hormones will significantly affect fluid retention and your smooth musculature contractions. If your medications like birth control, ssris, or anti-anxiety meds (if you take any) have hormonal complications, check them. This destroyed my body. You also likely want to get tested for metabolic syndrome. 35 inches is not a huge waist, but checking for buildup of visceral fat is important as it is far deadlier than subcutaneous.
I also recommend peptide therapy. I currently get BPC-157 for tissue repair and inflammation, tesamorelin/ipamorelin for visceral fat loss, and tirzepatide compounded with b3 at a custom self-administered dosage but I am clearly very intense about this (and have not listed even half of the shit I take). If you want to lose weight, aim for fat loss while building or retaining muscle.
Your symptoms sound like your entire metabolism is way too sluggish. Doctors love to blow this off especially for women as they are used to sedentary lifestyles and female passivity. Do not let them. You want to feel alive, not tired all the time, and they should be taking your symptoms seriously. No doctor should ever be aggressively pro or anti pill, and if they are the latter without providing you actual holistic advice, they are likely profiting off your sickness instead. Btw go with green tea or oolong over black if possible and whatever you think you need in water to stay hydrated, double it and add sodium/potassium/magnesium and protein.
>>
>>84397775
>Your life is too short to defer to authority that is too lazy to earn it.

>>84397775

I screenshotted this. I can tell you have experience with my situation and feeling awful all the time. I take supplements now to try and feel better, but nothing works.

I'll try levothyroxine again, i got some before when i was first diagnosed, but my levels looked normal, then my doctor took me off the meds and i felt crap

>i also recommend peptide therapy.

I dont know anything about peptide theory, i really want to know so I'll google it, i get a bit overhwelmed with new information.

I take matcha green tea in powder form, its horrible! I take it with barley grass, wheatgrass, acai berry, maqui berry and some other stuff.

I bleed a lot i feel really bad. The doctor was like thats normal but doesnt feel normal

Mutebloxx? Seriously though. Authority is earned and anything that claims it and responds with indifference or malice does not deserve it and does deserve to be subverted if not replaced.

Like your doctor. Any doctor that takes you off medication that is for MAINTENANCE and then lets you feel awful after without considering the basic 1 + 1 math here is incompetent at best, outright malicious at worst (and I do hope it is not worst, hippocratic oath and all). No, bleeding
>a lot
and feeling
>really bad
is NOT normal. You know your body. I know I am typing like a Reddit post right now (complete with caps for once!) but I heard this shit for a decade plus and let doctors fuck around with me about this deferring to their judgement and it made me live like you are describing on unnecessary medication with all sorts of medical, psychological, and financial complications from it (including shooting up 200 fucking pounds as they all said oh so normal and then faked my charts to try to get insurance to cover Ozempic. Which it did not) so seeing the complete ineptitude of the medical establishment, especially as someone who grew up with her entire familial and friend network being *in it*, is making me incensed. For the record if they EVER push back with that
>Are you a doctor?
>Do you have a medical degree?
>Did you go to school for this?
shit to you asserting your discomfort, preferences, or any other form of self-advocacy, leave IMMEDIATELY. Decry doctor-shopping and shittalk patients by clearly distrusting them and insinuate or outright state they lie for drugs? EXIT THE BUILDING. Any medical professional who actually cares about your health will listen to your concerns and take them seriously. If you want to be on medication and your doctor whines about how pills are unnecessary, fuck em. There is nothing inherently good or bad about medication, it is just a tool to be used with food and exercise. But this is clearly not working.

how would you feel about a 37 year old guy with a sex drive that is almost completely dead now?
>>
>>84398024
Yeah 6 years with tumours in my throat. Sad.

Yeah my doctor took me off iron too, i want to cry.

Yeah like, lots of blood, sick of it. Need a gyno, going soon, needs to help me.

My doctor is nice so i don't want to change, i like familiarity. Im sorry you had bad experiences for 10 years, im glad you're sharing info with me.

I don't even eat unhealthy, salads and fish, and protein but still chunky. Thyroid. Im eepy

I would accept that, but low sex doesnt mean no affection, id still want to be close, be held, nice cuddles, fall asleep together. We could have sex every few weeks with 0 pressure, just need to feel loved

Nice try anon, i wish it would give me good luck

Havent had sex in a very long time, takes a lot of trust to be vulnerable. I dont want to have sex, its not on my to do list.

I just want to be healthy and happy, not in pain.
