What's the process for simultaneously moving to a new state and also getting a new job? I hate leftists and I want to move to a place where they'll have as little influence over my life as possible. New Hampshire is supposedly the most libertarian state in the country, so I want to move there. But what's the actual process for getting a job and a place to live both at the same time? I've never had to do that before.
>>
there is an organisation specifically to get libertarians to move to New Hampshire. i think it's called the free state project or something. sign up with them and maybe they'll give you some kind of pointers.

I'm aware of them, and it looks like they're actually making a difference in the state. If leftists feel unsafe and unwelcome, that's where I want to be.

job first, saying youll be willing to move out of state for a job is a good sign someone is serious, they dont need to know you want to move, this only applies to actual jobs not amazon wh or barista shit you can do anywhere

I flew into Maine with just a duffle bag of clothes and had a shitty job and apt within a month. I left maine for the southeast three months ago with just a duffle bag on a bus/Amtrak and haven't found a job or apt. I put out a bunch of apps but never followed up. Anyways I'm getting on a bus in a couple hours to go to a place that has 11 pm sunsets in the summer. This time it will work out.

A lot of apartments require you to have a job before you move in. As for the job, it depends on what the job is. If it's something that requires a degree/experience and has a lengthy interview process they might be willing to hire you as long as you cover all the costs of moving. In that case you'd get the job first and then find living accommodations. If you just want to wash dishes or clean toilets they might require you to have an address in the city first. In that case, you'd look for a room on craigslist or facebook groups for that city and tell them you'll find a job within a month of moving in. Then apply for the job once you have an address.

Get the good job first and they'll help with relocation. When I got a job in another state they paid for full-pack movers and a hotel to stay at while I looked for an apartment.
