Is lack of creativity real? Even people with artistic ability seem to lack it nowadays.
Everything has been done better than you could conceivably ever do it so why bother?
>>84417064people are more interested in perfection than creativity nowadays imo not sure how much mileage you'll get out of "creativity has disappeared" the drugs do help though
>>84417112niggys gotta do drugs
>The thing that hath beene, it is that which shall be: and that which is done, is that which shall be done; and there is no new thing vnder the sunneHow can mirrors be real if our eyes aren't real? The more you know, and knowledge is half the battle. Good wisdom = good grief.
>>84417152you ever think of leaving this place and talking to meatbags?
>>84417064I believe the internet has homogenized things in a way and made everything this bland mish mash of things instead of allowing for things to actually have their own personality. Listen to music from the 80s, 90s, 70s, and you hear the different sounds but listen to anything post 2020 and it is retro nostalgia bait
Creativity is still plenty out there. The problem is more so that people are constantly trying to find ways to monetize it and generally that results in deviating more towards mainstream and safe things that all wind up looking and feeling the same.
>>84417198the bible is very uncreative btw and the wisdom is so lacking has a jewish quality of pseudo wisdom but the more I become a gollem the more I lose free will
>>84417220white people are really bad with music imo they tried to embrace boomer culture time and time again trying to become their parents they're so disgusting
I am extremely uncreative, in fact I'm anti-creativity and right
>>84417251lots of people are non creative there's something to it
>>84417064there are creative people out there anon, a ton of them, it's just that they're working as lawyers or factory workers and never went on to learn an artform. that kind of thing happens, a creative person just tragically wastes away because life.
>>84417232Now you're getting it. The bigger your cup gets the more misery you can fit in that bad boy. All these rivers, yet the sea is never full? >Therefore I hated life, because the worke that is wrought vnder the Sunne is grieuous vnto mee: for all is vanitie, and vexation of spirit.
>>84417307I can't help but think of that book as religious propaganda life is meaningless and shit so obey it's really a psychological work in jewishness.
>>84417314What if it's a bunch of descriptions? Set aside for a minute the possibility that your syncretic belief/philosophy/observations actually is something new. You'll probably find something similar has been said. Lots of rats have run this maze before. No harm in following the centuries old shadows that led somewhere. Motion not existing aside, you're going to end up somewhere at some point. There's probably some good ideas in here somewhere.
>>84417064Creativity is real but it is increasingly harder to find. It's not that less people are creative, but that there is more uncreative bullshit out there than ever before so it's harder to find the stuff that's good.
>>84417064this series in particular seems like a parody of the stupid shit that comes out of the isekai genre so id say its not creatively bankrupt
>>84417064>Is lack of creativity real? Even people with artistic ability seem to lack it nowadays.Creativity is not important. An artistic work should be valued based on whether or not it improves the viewer. It's only fun for the purpose of getting you to engage with it.
